Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities

Our facility features five modern workshops, including four Class-A and one Class-C production workshops, covering two core categories: aerosols and liquid formulations.
Aerosol Production Lines: We operate 6 fully automatic high-speed lines, each producing 120–140 cans per minute, achieving an hourly output of over 40,000 cans. Additionally, 6 standard lines and over 10 flexible lines allow for rapid changeovers to accommodate multi-variety, small-batch orders. Some workshops are built to GMP standards for personal care products, ensuring pharmaceutical-grade hygiene and quality control.
Liquid Formulation Lines: Our 2 fully automatic high-speed lines can produce 2,500 cartons per 8-hour shift. Complemented by flexible lines, we seamlessly balance large-scale standardized production with small-batch, multi-specification customization to meet diverse market demands.

Strict Quality Control

We enforce rigorous quality control across every stage—from raw material testing and semi-finished product inspection to in-process and finished product checks. Our advanced testing equipment includes gas chromatographs, empty can pressure testers, automatic freezing point testers, and Metrohm automatic moisture analyzers.

Environmental Sustainability

We are deeply committed to green manufacturing and national carbon neutrality goals. Our facility is equipped with an RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) incinerator. All VOCs emission points are connected to an exhaust system, where emissions are completely decomposed into CO₂ and water before release, reflecting our dedication to sustainable production.
